The material
Raw geology, composed by time.
Patagonia is prized for its unusually large mineral fragments, smoky fields, dark graphic marks and crystal-rich areas that may transmit light.
PAT-001 · Actual slabVisual character
A slab can move from quiet to dramatic.
Within one piece, cool quartz crystals can meet ivory feldspar, charcoal minerals, warm amber deposits and fine natural fissures.
Commercial naming varies across markets. Our gallery groups the available natural Patagonia selections together and lets the actual slab photograph, dimensions and project suitability guide the choice.
Typical specification
Designed around the actual block.
Where it works
Applications that reward close selection.
Prioritize usable area, cutout positions, continuity across waterfall ends and support details.
Test each slab under light and coordinate panel thickness, support, LEDs, diffusion and service access.
Select the focal area first, then refine shape, edge profile, base design and reinforcement.
Suitable with correct detailing, sealing, drainage and routine care around cosmetics and cleaners.
Coordinate grain direction, tread thickness, nosing details and visual progression across pieces.
Use a qualified fabricator and comply with local heat-clearance and substrate requirements.
Before you select
Variation is the value, not a defect.
A small sample cannot represent an entire Patagonia slab. Approve the actual piece and the proposed cutting layout.
Color movement, crystals, fissures, resin-filled areas and reflective mineral changes are inherent to this material family. Slab photographs should be supplemented by current video, close-ups and a fabrication review before order confirmation.
